Me,a12 year old, read this book and it was awsome. From the babysitting chapter to the chapter about makeup this book rocks.
My 11 year old Daughter asked me to purchase this book. She reads me something from the book every day. It has jokes, advice, magic tricks, and many other items to keep her well entertained and informed. It also covers those "subjects" that are very difficult for a parent to "bring up", the book helps open a conversation about those subjects.
Your reading me. You might think that chapter is just about how to put up your hair or how life w/o hair is impossible, it acutally tells you facts. It is the absolute must for any girl. Now you may be thinking "oh, some great 'HEY. If you are/have a girl/daughter this is THE book. Even if your a sporty, tomboy, cool, not girly girl girl doesn't matter. Great. Along with retorts that you can say to your brothers.
This book is the kind that you can pick up again and read over and over. It says stuff about what it's made of, and the meanings of long and short hair. STOP THINKING THIS IS A REVIEW, CUZ IT IS, PLUS AN ORDER.You-have-to-get-th-is-bo-ok,-un-der-st-and.-.[.].Thank for your time,SamanthaP.S. What is important is what it says. This book is PERFECT. READ ME' topic, doesn't even give much detail," but even if you are just browsing PUT THIS IN YOUR CART.
I gives advise, talks about boys, talks about hair, activites, jokes, sleepovers, uh, you can read that in the table of contents picture. Like lets say hair. You'll never regret it. GET IT.
I got this for my 11-year-old daughter for Christmas and she has really enjoyed it.
I gave three "girl" books to my granddaughter for her 10th birthday this summer. The Big Book of Girl Stuff is far and away her favorite. She has carried it around with all its variant covers, shared it with friends and older cousins and regaled the whole family with facts and funnies--to her delight.
